These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of services provided by Vietnam Untoured, operated by The Great Escape Company Limited (tax code 0319619115), 105 Nguyen Thi Nhung, KDT Van Phuc City, Phuong Hiep Binh, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam ("Vietnam Untoured," "we," "our"). By booking a rental, purchasing merchandise, commissioning a custom build, or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using our services or website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. MOTORCYCLE RENTAL TERMS
Requirements:
To rent a motorcycle from Vietnam Untoured, you must provide:
- A valid motorcycle license from Vietnam or your home country
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- A passport copy for verification
- REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DEPENDING ON THE MOTORCYCLE MODEL
Rental Rules:
- You are responsible for the motorcycle and all related usage during the rental period
- Any damage, theft, or loss must be reported immediately
- Traffic violations and fines are your responsibility
- Basic insurance is included; optional premium insurance may be purchased
- Late returns may incur additional charges
3. CUSTOM BUILD TERMS
- A 50% deposit is required to begin custom build work
- Timelines are estimates and may vary depending on parts availability
- Any change requests made after work begins may incur additional costs
- Final payment must be completed before bike delivery
- All builds include a 6-month warranty on workmanship (manufacturer warranties apply to individual parts)
4. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Rentals:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pickup
- 50% refund for cancellations 24-48 hours before pickup
- No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup
Custom Builds:
- Deposits become non-refundable once work has begun
- Cancellations before work begins qualify for a 50% refund of the deposit
Training:
- Full refund if cancelled 7+ days before the session
- 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before
- No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the session
5. LIABILITY
You understand and agree that:
- Riding a motorcycle involves inherent risks
- Vietnam Untoured is not liable for injuries, accidents, losses, damages, or third-party claims arising from your use of our motorcycles or other activities
- You accept full responsibility for your actions and agree to ride safely and lawfully
- Vietnam Untoured reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to safety or property
6. MERCHANDISE & APPAREL
- All sales are final, unless the product is defective
- Exchanges for defective items are available within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt
- Some items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or customization
- Free shipping is available for orders over 1,000,000 VND
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All branding, logos, designs, photography, videos, text content, and other materials created by or for Vietnam Untoured are the property of Vietnam Untoured and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.
8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the most recent version of the Terms. We recommend reviewing this page regularly for updates.
