AKITA PROJECT

The Akita project was less about chasing a look and more about tightening everything up, function first, clean lines second.

This bike came in needing a full strip and rethink. We pulled it down completely, sorted the fundamentals, and rebuilt it piece by piece. Frame mods to clean the stance, a new custom seat and pan to match the proportions, revised foot controls, fresh electrics, and a full rework up front to modernise the cockpit and lighting. Everything that could be reused was refurbished, everything else was replaced or fabricated properly.

From there it was about cohesion. New bars, mirrors, signals, air filtration, wheels, tyres, and a full paint run across the tank, fenders, frame, exhaust, and details to pull it all together. Nothing flashy, nothing extra, just a solid, stripped back build that rides as clean as it looks.
